Mark and I are military brats that finally found our place in the country after many years of searching. And the Great Osage Reservation, now known as Osage County, OK, has become our beloved home. The Osage chose this area because it is rolling rocky hills, not fit for a white man's plow; but great for hunting and in the last century spilling over with black gold. Just northwest of us you can find the Tallgrass Prairie that is home to herds of buffalo and other native wildlife. But where we are there is something just as rare, if not as well known, crosstimbers. These tough old trees don't look like much but they've stood the test of time and most are much older than the state they call home.
Oklahoma is turning 100 this year, in 1907 this land went from a spot on the map to a state in its own right. With all the centennial events and happenings now is a great time to come and see our wonderful state, and horses too!
History lives here, and if you go outside on a moonless night maybe, just maybe, you'll see it.

Building a ranch on raw rocky land has been quite an endeavor while working other jobs; and we have had some growing pains. But we are dedicated to our horses and hope we can bring you a horse that will fit in with your plans. Gypsies are great family horses, driving horses and dressage/jumpers. We are open to payment plans and have an account with paypal. We can also deliver your horse within 500 miles or so for a reasonable fee. Give us a call or email with any questions you may have.
